Best potty training gift! This was actually gifted to us and it remains one of my top ten favorite gifts ever. My kiddos’ favorite part is the flush, of course! (It sounds like a real toilet flushing followed by kids giggling.) I love that it’s lightweight and easy to clean. The seat lifts up, the bowl is removable, and there’s a tiny compartment for little treasures located on top of the tank.

This is not to say that other seats are not “legit”…but this entire lid/adult seat/child seat combo REPLACES your old seat. I cannot say enough good things about this seat. First–the adult seat is comfy. A big plus for us grownups. Second–the entire set is extremely sturdy. No wobbling around on this sucker. Third–the child seat can easily be pulled down by little hands.

Check your current seat’s shape. Is it a circle or oblong seat? Did you even know this was a thing? In all honesty, I had ZERO clue toilets came in different shapes until I bought a seat and realized it was the wrong shape. You’re welcome!

Despite the fact that this potty training seat is listed “for boys”, I bought it for my girls and it works perfectly! Great little potty training tool. It’s lightweight and can easily be placed on the toilet by the toddler herself. Love that it has a little hook behind it too, for easy storage!

I bought this while we lived in our last house (where the seats were oblong). Fast forward to our current house…where the seats are circular. It’s a bit wonky but it still gets the job done!

Because I’m a sucker for deals, I was immediately drawn to this two pack set of step stools. Love that they are lightweight, easy to clean, and there’s two of them! (Do you see a pattern in the things I like?! LOL) My kiddos love these so much they even drag them out of the bathroom and use them for play time.

Why is this an amazing potty training tool? Most likely, a regular toilet is too tall for a toddler to climb onto on her own. This makes the toilet more accessible (and is great for using at the sink too!).

I like that the stool is sturdy enough without being too heavy and is just one step.

We’ve tried lots of other brands but we always come back to Pampers. We’re a Pampers family for sure! These work like a diaper but are easy to pull off and on. When it comes time to take them off, you can either pull them down or unfasten the sides (which, I might add, are extremely sturdy and well held together).
